Multiple Choice Correction Form

This is a multiple choice correction form that works well as an edited document in Google Docs. My policy for Google quizzes was that you could get half the points you lost back with a correction form. When I use Quizstar, I always gave students two attempts and then the option of the correction form. VERY effective for SOME students and can be adapted to ANY class that uses multiple choice.
